What the window covers, how long it really is, and the five steps to use it.
What the MemoVance Pro guarantee covers
Eight questions, answered in one table.
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| How long? | 180 days from the date of purchase |
| Which packs? | All three. The window does not change with the size of the box. |
| Opened bottles? | Yes. An unopened return would defeat the purpose of a trial. |
| Partly used packs? | Yes. Return what is left; the desk authorises the return. |
| Who pays return carriage? | The buyer. Send it tracked and keep the reference. |
| How is it refunded? | To the card used at the checkout. |
| How long does it take? | 3 to 5 working days at the desk, then 5 to 10 days at the card issuer. |
| Where does it start? | A telephone call to +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID. |
These terms come from the distributor's own paperwork and the seller's package cards. The formal version is on the refund policy page.
Eight rows, and the one most often misread is the first. The clock starts at purchase rather than at delivery, at first capsule, or at the end of a bottle.
The second most often misread is the third. Opened bottles are covered, which is what separates a real guarantee from a returns policy. A window that only accepts sealed boxes is not a guarantee about the product, it is a guarantee about the packaging.
How long the MemoVance Pro window really is
The window against the supply, for each of the three packs.
The symmetry here is unusual and worth setting out, because it decides how the largest pack should be read.
Six bottles is 180 capsules, which at one a day is 180 days. The guarantee is 180 days. A buyer who starts the first capsule the day the parcel arrives finishes the last bottle with the window still open, and can ask for a refund having taken the entire supply.
That is also the period the seller asks buyers to allow. The quoted wording is “follow the suggested usage guidelines for at least 180-210 days to evaluate effectiveness”, and only the six-bottle pack reaches it. So the seller’s own advice, the largest pack and the refund window were built to sit on top of one another.
For the smaller packs the maths runs the other way and just as usefully. Two bottles is sixty days inside a 180-day window, so the pack can be finished, considered and returned with four months to spare. The timeline page sets out what to record while that runs.
The five steps to claim the MemoVance Pro guarantee
In this order. Step two is the one people skip and regret.
- 1. Telephone the order desk and quote the order ID.
- 2. Get the authorisation and the destination in writing.
- 3. Write your name, email and order ID on a slip inside the carton.
- 4. Ship it tracked, and pay for that yourself.
- 5. Allow 3–5 working days at the desk, then 5–10 at your bank.
Five steps, in that order, and the whole sequence takes a telephone call and a trip to the post office.
The second one is where people come unstuck, and it is the subject of the section below. The fifth is the one that takes longest and the one nobody in this chain controls.
The refund policy page carries each step in full, with the reason behind it, and it is the formal version of this list.
Why step two of a MemoVance Pro refund matters most
Three addresses, one product, and the step that resolves it.
| Address | Where it appears | Status |
|---|---|---|
| 150 Broadway, Suite 1000, New York, NY 10038, USA | This desk's published returns address | The one this website prints |
| Memovance Pro, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404 | Printed on the bottle under Distributed By | The label's own address, which is a different place |
| 11870 62nd St N, Largo, FL | The seller's own refund policy page | A third address, in a third state |
Three addresses circulate for one product. That is a fact about the paperwork rather than an accusation, and it has one practical consequence.
A parcel posted to the wrong one of those three is a parcel that arrives somewhere with no record of the order attached to it. Return carriage is already the buyer’s cost, and paying it twice is the outcome this section exists to prevent.
So step two asks for the destination in writing. Telephone +1 (302) 200-3480, quote the order ID, get the return authorisation, and have the desk confirm the address by email before anything is packed. The whole exchange takes a few minutes and it settles the only genuinely ambiguous part of this process.
This desk has named the New York address as its own returns address because that is what the distributor’s paperwork gives it. It has not been able to establish which of the three the seller’s fulfilment actually uses on any given day, and saying so is more useful than picking one and hoping.
What claiming the MemoVance Pro guarantee costs
Four costs, none of them the purchase price.
- Return carriage. The buyer’s cost. For a six-bottle pack that is a real parcel rather than an envelope, and the figure is worth checking before deciding.
- Tracked postage rather than the cheapest option. An untracked return that never arrives is an untracked return that cannot be proved, and the tracking reference is the only evidence a buyer holds.
- The original carriage on the two-bottle pack. $9.99 paid at the checkout is a delivery charge rather than part of the goods price.
- Time. Three to five working days at the desk and five to ten at the card issuer, on top of the days in the post.
None of that is unusual for a supplement guarantee and all of it is worth knowing before rather than after. The window is genuinely long and genuinely covers opened bottles; it is not free to use.
Which is an argument for deciding at day sixty rather than day 170. A decision made early inside a 180-day window costs the same postage and leaves no risk of the clock running out during the exchange.
The limits of the MemoVance Pro guarantee
Four things the window does not do.
A guarantee page that only lists what is covered is doing half the job. Four limits are worth naming plainly.
It is a purchase policy, not a medical promise. The window covers the money and says nothing about what the capsule will or will not do. Nothing on this website promises an outcome and the guarantee does not either.
It is attached to this channel. A pack bought through a marketplace listing belongs to that marketplace’s terms, and this desk cannot honour a window on an order it cannot see. The where-to-buy page covers that in full.
It runs from purchase and it does not pause. A parcel held up in transit, a fortnight of illness or a holiday all consume days of it, and there is no mechanism to extend the 180 days for any of them.
And it requires the return to be authorised first. A pack posted back without a return authorisation arrives without an order attached to it, which is the single commonest reason a refund sits unprocessed.
Why a MemoVance Pro guarantee this long exists
Two reasons, one commercial and one specific to this category.
A 180-day window is long by the standards of any retail category and it is worth asking what it is for.
The commercial reason is that it removes the decision. A buyer weighing $294 against an uncertain outcome is much more likely to order when the whole amount is reversible, and a seller offering 180 days knows that most buyers never use it. That is true of every long guarantee in every category and it is not a criticism.
The honest reason is more specific to this product. Cognitive function and mental clarity are slow, subjective and easily confounded, and no fair assessment of them can be made in thirty days. A category whose own seller asks for six months of evaluation needs a refund window that outlasts six months, or the evaluation cannot be run at all.
Read that way the 180 days are not generosity, they are a precondition. They are what makes it possible to follow the advice on the timeline page, keep written notes for two months, and still act on what the notes say.
