Orders are completed on the seller’s own checkout after a hand-off from the order page here. Prices are the seller’s, read on 18 September 2026, and the checkout figure governs. The 180-day guarantee attaches to orders placed through this channel.
Who sells what, where the hand-off happens, and the terms on both sides of it.

The site is for adults of 18 and over, which follows from the product: the caution printed on the bottle names anyone under 18 as a group who should take advice first, and nothing here is directed at a minor.
The content is for information. It is not a substitute for advice from somebody qualified to give it about your own situation, and the disclaimer page sets out that boundary in full.
Nothing on this site may be reproduced as though it were an independent review of the product. This is a retail desk writing about something it sells, that is stated on every page, and stripping the disclosure while keeping the text would misrepresent both.

Whose prices these are, which figure governs, and what the struck numbers mean.
Prices shown on this website are the seller’s own pack prices, read from its package cards on 18 September 2026. They are shown in United States dollars.
The figure at the checkout governs. Where the checkout and this website disagree, the checkout is right and this desk wants to hear about the difference at [email protected] so the page can be corrected.
Struck-through figures are the seller’s own comparison prices. This desk has no record of anybody being charged one, they are not presented as a recent selling price, and the pricing page labels every one of them.
Carriage is shown separately: $9.99 on the two-bottle pack and free on the three and six-bottle packs, for United States addresses. This desk has not confirmed whether the checkout offers any recurring billing option and therefore states neither that one exists nor that one does not.

The contract forms at the checkout
The order is placed with the seller, on the seller’s terms, using the seller’s payment processor. That is where a contract of sale comes into existence.
Confirmation carries the order ID
The email that follows is the record of the order and the order ID in it is what every later conversation needs.

Refunds run through the same desk

The window, the authorisation, the carriage and the boundary.
The guarantee is 180 days from the date of purchase, on every pack in the ladder, opened bottles included. It applies to orders placed through the checkout reached from this website.
A claim requires a return authorisation issued by the order desk against the specific order, and the destination address confirmed in writing before anything is posted. Three addresses circulate for this product and a parcel sent to the wrong one arrives with no order attached to it.
Return carriage is the buyer’s cost and returns should be sent tracked. Processing takes three to five working days once the return is received, and the credit then takes five to ten days to appear on the card.
Orders placed anywhere other than this channel are outside these terms. The guarantee page explains what the window covers and the refund policy gives the formal procedure.
What this site may and may not say about MemoVance Pro
Two claims, where they come from, and what the bottle itself says.
Two claims attach to this product and both come from the seller’s page: cognitive function and mental clarity. They are the ceiling on everything written here, and no page on this site goes past them.
The bottle itself carries no structure or function claim at all. The artwork runs to the product name, the capsule count, the words “Dietary Supplement”, the suggested use, the caution, the storage line, the distributor line and the FDA statement. Nothing on it promises anything.
MemoVance Pro is a dietary supplement. It is not a drug, it is not FDA-approved, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It is not a treatment for memory loss.
Nothing on this website is a clinical result for this product. Every study cited here tested an individual ingredient, almost always at many times the amount printed on this panel, and the ingredients page prints both figures side by side so the comparison is visible rather than implied.
