Refund policyMemoVance Pro Refund Policy
Refunds are available for 180 days from the date of purchase on every pack, opened bottles included.
A claim begins with a telephone call to +1 (302) 200-3480 quoting the order ID. The desk issues a return authorisation and confirms the destination address. Return carriage is the buyer’s cost and the refund goes back to the card used.
The formal terms, the five steps, and the three addresses that make step two necessary.
Scope of the MemoVance Pro refund policy
Which orders, which period, and what counts as the start date.
This policy covers orders for MemoVance Pro placed through the checkout reached from memovancepros.com. It does not cover orders placed with a marketplace seller, an auction listing or any other third party, because those orders are not visible to this desk and are governed by whatever terms that seller publishes.
The refund period is 180 calendar days beginning on the date of purchase. Purchase means the date the payment was taken, which is the date printed on the order confirmation email. It is not the despatch date and it is not the delivery date.
Every pack in the ladder carries the same period. The window does not lengthen with a larger box and it does not shorten with a smaller one.
Opened and partly used packs are within scope. A buyer who has taken four of six bottles is entitled to make a claim on the same terms as one who has taken none, which is what makes the window a trial period rather than a returns window.
The MemoVance Pro refund procedure, step by step
Five steps, in this order, with the reason each one exists.
Telephone the order desk and quote the order ID
Ring +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID in front of you. The desk finds the order, confirms it is inside the 180 days and opens the case. Nothing addressed to the website inbox can reach an order record, so nothing sent there starts this clock.
Get the authorisation and the destination in writing
Two things have to come back in writing: the authorisation reference, and the address the parcel is to go to. Ask for both in the same email. Three addresses circulate for this product, and a return posted before this step is a return nobody is expecting.
Write your name, email and order ID on a slip inside the carton
A slip inside the carton carrying your full name, the email used at the checkout and the order ID. It is the cheapest insurance in this procedure, and an unmarked carton arriving at a warehouse is the likeliest reason a case stalls.
Ship it tracked, and pay for that yourself
Carriage back is yours. Choose a tracked service rather than the cheapest one, because the tracking reference is the only evidence you will hold that the parcel left, and keep it until the money has arrived rather than until delivery is confirmed.
Allow 3–5 working days at the desk, then 5–10 at your bank
Three to five working days at the desk once the parcel is received, then five to ten more before a card issuer posts the credit. The second of those belongs to your bank and nobody in this chain can shorten it.
A return that arrives without an authorisation reference has no order attached to it, and a return that arrives at the wrong address has nobody expecting it. Both are recoverable and both cost weeks.
Return authorisation for a MemoVance Pro order
What it is, who issues it, and which addresses cannot.
A return authorisation is a reference issued by the order desk against a specific order. It is the mechanism that connects a parcel arriving at a warehouse to a payment taken weeks earlier, and without one the two cannot be matched.
Obtaining one takes a telephone call to +1 (302) 200-3480 with the order ID to hand. The desk confirms the order, issues the authorisation and names the address the return should go to. Ask for both in writing to the email address on the order, because a reference written down during a call is a reference that gets transcribed wrongly.
The website address in the footer of this page, [email protected], cannot issue one. It reaches the people who write these pages rather than the people who hold the order records, and a refund request sent there loses the days it takes to be redirected.
The seller’s own published support address, [email protected], has no mail exchanger behind it, so a message addressed there has nowhere to be delivered. This desk prints [email protected], the address on the bottle, as the written route instead. Naming that substitution rather than making it silently is deliberate.
Where a returned MemoVance Pro pack should be sent
Three addresses, where each comes from, and how this desk handles it.
| Address | Source | How this desk treats it |
|---|---|---|
| 150 Broadway, Suite 1000, New York, NY 10038, USA | The distributor's own paperwork for this desk | Published here as this desk's returns address |
| Memovance Pro, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404 | Printed on the bottle under Distributed By | Reproduced because it is on the artwork. It is the label's desk, not this one. |
| 11870 62nd St N, Largo, FL | The seller's own refund policy page | Named for completeness. This desk has no correspondence with it. |
Three addresses exist for one product. Step two of the procedure resolves which applies to a particular order, and nothing should be posted before it does.
This is the one genuinely unresolved thing in this policy and it is stated rather than smoothed over.
This desk publishes 150 Broadway, Suite 1000, New York, NY 10038, USA because that is the address in the paperwork it works from. The bottle prints a post office box in Ogden, Utah. The seller’s own refund page gives a third address in Largo, Florida.
All three may be legitimate parts of one fulfilment operation, and a discrepancy in paperwork is not evidence of anything worse. What it does mean is that a buyer should not choose between them, and the procedure on this page makes the desk choose instead.
Anyone who has already posted a return to one of the other two should telephone +1 (302) 200-3480 with the tracking reference rather than wait. A parcel that has arrived somewhere can usually be traced; a parcel nobody has been told about cannot.
How long a MemoVance Pro refund takes
Five stages, and which of them anybody can hurry.
| Stage | Typical duration | Who controls it |
|---|---|---|
| Telephone call and authorisation | One call | The order desk |
| Packing and posting | A day or two | You |
| Transit to the returns address | Whatever tracked post takes | The carrier |
| Processing once received | 3 to 5 working days | The order desk |
| Credit appearing on the card | 5 to 10 days | Your card issuer |
The last row is the longest and the only one nobody in this chain can influence.
Two queues rather than one. A refund is authorised and processed by the desk, and then credited by a card issuer on its own schedule.
Adding the stages up, two to four weeks from the telephone call to the money appearing is a realistic expectation for a domestic return. Anyone still waiting beyond that should call +1 (302) 200-3480 with the tracking reference and the authorisation, which are the two facts that move a stalled case.
That is also the argument for starting a claim well inside the 180 days rather than on day 178. The window governs when the claim is made rather than when the money arrives, but a claim made with a fortnight left leaves room for the post to go wrong.
What to keep for a MemoVance Pro refund
Five things worth having, and the one that matters most.
- The order confirmation email. It holds the order ID and the purchase date, which are the two facts every stage of this process needs.
- The return authorisation, in writing. Emailed to the address on the order, with the destination address in the same message.
- The tracking reference for the return. Keep it until the money has arrived, not until the parcel is delivered.
- The outer carton if you still have it. Not required, and it makes packing a six-bottle return considerably easier.
- A note of who you spoke to and when. Not required either, and it shortens a second call by several minutes.
A slip inside the carton carrying your full name, the email used at the checkout and the order ID is the single most useful thing in this list, and it is the one most often left out. An unlabelled carton is the likeliest reason a return sits unprocessed at a warehouse.
What the MemoVance Pro refund policy does not cover
Five exclusions, stated plainly.
- Orders placed with a third party. A marketplace listing is governed by that marketplace, and this desk cannot see the order.
- Claims made after day 180. The window is fixed and does not pause for transit, illness or travel.
- Return carriage. Paid by the buyer, on every return, whatever the reason.
- Outcomes. This is a purchase policy. It covers the money and makes no statement about what the capsule does.
- Parcels posted without an authorisation. Recoverable, but only by telephone and only with a tracking reference.
Everything on that list is ordinary for a supplement guarantee. It is set out here because a refund policy that reads as unconditional and then turns out not to be is worse than one that names its own edges.
Within those edges the window is real, it is 180 days, it covers opened bottles and it applies to every pack in the ladder. The guarantee page explains what that is for.
