Privacy policyMemoVance Pro Privacy Policy
This website takes no payment, stores no card details and runs no account system.
What it holds is what you type into one of its two forms and the ordinary analytics a web server records. The order itself lives with the seller’s checkout and the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480, which is a different system with its own controller.
What this site holds, what the checkout holds, and how to ask either of them.
The two systems behind a MemoVance Pro order
Three systems, and which one holds what.
| System | What it holds | Who controls it |
|---|---|---|
| memovancepros.com | What you type into the tracking form or the editorial form, plus server logs and analytics | Memovancepros, reachable at [email protected] |
| The seller's checkout | Name, delivery address, email, telephone and payment details for an order | The seller and its payment processor, reachable through +1 (302) 200-3480 |
| The order desk | The order record, the despatch record and any refund authorisation | The distributor, reachable at +1 (302) 200-3480 |
Three systems. This website is the smallest of them and holds no order and no payment data at all.
That split is the first thing worth understanding, because it decides who to ask for what.
No payment field exists anywhere on this website. Card details are entered on the seller’s own checkout after the hand-off from the order page, which is why this site never asks for one and why a page here asking for a card number would be a warning sign rather than a convenience.
A request about an order, an address or a card belongs with the order desk. A request about this website belongs at [email protected]. Sending either to the wrong place costs days of redirection.
What this MemoVance Pro website collects
Four categories, and two things this site does not do.
- Form submissions. The tracking form on the shipping page and the editorial form on the contact page. Only the fields you fill in, and both forms say plainly what they cannot do.
- Server logs. IP address, browser and operating system, the page requested and the time. Every web server records these and they are what makes fault-finding possible.
- Analytics. Aggregate page views and referrers, used to see which pages are read and which are not.
- Nothing else. No account, no password, no card, no order history and no newsletter list.
Two things this site deliberately does not do are worth naming because their absence is easy to miss.
It sets no advertising cookie and runs no remarketing pixel, so a reader is not followed around the web after visiting. And it does not ask for an email address before showing anything: every word on this site is readable without typing anything.
The fonts are loaded from a third-party font service, which sees a request from your browser in the ordinary way that any external resource does. That is disclosed here because a privacy policy that lists only first-party collection is incomplete.
What MemoVance Pro form data is used for
Two forms, two purposes, and no list.
A tracking form submission is used for one thing: to ask the order desk to look an order up and send the tracking number to the address attached to it. It is passed on and it is not added to any list.
An editorial form submission is used to answer the message and, where it reports an error, to correct the page. Corrections are made on the page itself and the review date moves with them, which is the whole point of having the form.
Neither is used for marketing. This desk sends no newsletter, runs no promotional mailing and sells no contact detail to anybody, and there is no mechanism on this site by which an address typed into a form could join a list.
Server logs and analytics are used to keep the site working and to see which pages are worth expanding. They are not tied to a named person and are not combined with form data.
Who else sees MemoVance Pro data
Five recipients, and the one exception every policy has to name.
| Who | What they see | Why |
|---|---|---|
| The order desk | A tracking form submission you send through this site | It is the only party that can act on one |
| The hosting provider | Server logs, as part of running the server | Technical necessity |
| The analytics provider | Aggregate page views and referrers | To see what is read |
| The font service | A request from your browser for the typefaces | The site uses web fonts |
| Anybody else | Nothing | No data from this website is sold or traded |
Five rows. The fifth is the one worth reading.
Nothing collected by this website is sold, rented or traded. There is no commercial arrangement under which a form submission or a log entry leaves this site for a purpose other than the one it was given for.
A legal obligation is the one exception any policy has to name. If a court order or a lawful request required disclosure, it would be complied with, and this desk would say so where it is permitted to.
How long MemoVance Pro data is kept
Four categories, and the one that belongs to somebody else.
- Form submissions: kept while the matter is open, then for a reasonable period afterwards so a follow-up message makes sense, then deleted.
- Server logs: kept for a short operational period and then rotated out, which is the standard practice for fault-finding.
- Analytics: aggregate figures, retained as summary data with no named person attached.
- Order records: not held here at all. Retention for those is the seller’s and the distributor’s, and the order desk is the place to ask.
The shortest retention period on that list is the one that matters most, because the longest one is not this desk’s at all. Anyone wanting an order record deleted should ask the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480, and should expect a refund window and any statutory record-keeping obligation to bound what is possible.
Your rights over MemoVance Pro data
What you can ask for, from whom, and the one group out of scope.
Ask this desk at [email protected] for a copy of anything it holds about you, for a correction, or for deletion. Say which form you used and roughly when, since that is how a submission is found.
Requests about an order, a delivery address or a payment go to the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 instead. That is not a deflection: this website genuinely holds none of it, and a request sent here has to be forwarded before anyone can act on it.
Depending on where you live, statutory rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and objection may apply to both systems. This desk answers requests on the same terms wherever they come from rather than sorting readers by jurisdiction.
Children are out of scope entirely. This is a website about a dietary supplement for adults of 18 and over, it is not directed at anyone under 18, and it does not knowingly collect anything from a minor.
How MemoVance Pro data is protected
What is encrypted, and why there is so little to protect.
This website is served over an encrypted connection, so what you type into a form travels encrypted rather than in the clear.
The strongest protection here is structural rather than technical: this site holds very little, so there is very little to lose. No card details, no passwords, no account system and no order history are stored on it, which removes most of what a breach of a retail website would normally expose.
The seller’s checkout is a separate system with its own security arrangements and its own payment processor. Questions about how card data is handled belong there, and the where-to-buy page explains where the hand-off happens.
No system is perfect and any policy claiming otherwise is overstating its case. What this one can say is that the smallest attack surface available was chosen deliberately.
One consequence of that choice is worth knowing before you need it. Because this website holds no order record, it cannot confirm to anyone that you placed an order, which is a small inconvenience and a real protection. Anyone telephoning this desk claiming to be you would learn nothing, because there is nothing here to learn.
Changes to this MemoVance Pro policy
How this page changes, and what to read alongside it.
This policy is reviewed alongside the rest of the site. Where it changes, the change is made on this page and the review date at the foot moves with it. Last reviewed September 2026 by Dr. Joette James, PhD.
There is no archived version history published here, so anybody who needs the wording as it stood on a particular date should ask at [email protected] rather than assume it is recoverable from the page.
The related documents are the terms and conditions, which cover the sale itself, and the disclaimer, which covers what this site does and does not claim about the product.
Order MemoVance Pro through the seller’s own checkout
